Zihua here we come!

Today is the day! We begin our three month adventure, Roxy on leash, in Zihuatanejo. We are renting a simple two bedroom apartment in Colonial la Medera on Adelita. Beyond excited for this chapter as we stumble and navigate our way through Mexican life. Though I have been working with some Spanish apps it seems to go in one ear and right out the other. I'm hoping the Spanish is just resting in some part of my brain and will come forth miraculously when needed. We have family and friends coming to visit over the next three months who will be staying up the road from us at Irma as it was cheaper and more straight forward that way rather than just booking flights. Go figure. Can't wait to share Zihua with them. Thanks to everyone who helped me as I tried to sort out the whole travelling with the dog thing. See you in Zihua. We'll be the ones wandering around with the cute little black and white pup looking for dog friendly places to hang out.
