Mexico has 4 judges per 100,00 persons, and 355 cops per 100,000--from a new Impunity Index.
"Mexico has 4 judges per 100,00 persons, and 355 cops per 100,000--from a new Impunity Index."
What is the ratio in a country with "law and order" that has an effective criminal justice system, and a low Impunity Index score?
And, for example, what country, or countries, may those be, IF any exist?

Most western democracies are 200-300 per 100k. The world's highest ratio is Vatican City at over 15,000 per 100K of population!

"is the only one worse than Mexico."
I would of though that, a place like Somali, and elsewhere in Africa would be areas of total lawlessness.
