In town I'd try Garrobo's, La Jaiba Feliz, or El Arrayan. Even if it isn't on the menu.

Used to be able to get it at El Pueblito, where it also wasn't on the menu, but after the restaurant changed hands, I have no idea.

la malinche in Ixtapa has chiles en nogada and other Puebla dishes.
We dine there every year
Found them @ Daniel's on the beach in Zihua. They are not on the menu so just ask for them and they were so good.
Thanks every one for the information.

Which brings up another thing I love about Mexico. Most restaurants there are more than happy and proud to make a dish not found on their regular menu. And by that I mean a traditional Mexican item.
What about Carmelitas? Always wanted to try these but always get there too late in the season.
Have not checked them out yet @ Carmelites but plan to do so. Thanks and miss you guys.
