Z Very Refreshing Morning

After weeks of hot days and warm nights and no rain we finally got a very welcome cooling rain last night. A good strong wind seemed to blow the stifling heat away just as we were tossing and turning and trying to get comfortable around midnight. After an initial not too heavy thunderstorm it settled into a light gentle rain that fell during the rest of the night until just before dawn. Got so cool I had to turn the fan down. I even thought about pulling the bedsheet over me, but nahhhh, the cooling sensation was just too nice.

This morning the baitfish seemed to be concentrating just off the Playa Principal, and it was a pretty sight to watch all the fishermen working the schools of fish in front of the beach.
