El Manantial features three fully furnished vacation bungalows for rent. A new bungalow, "La Casa de la Familia", will be available soon.

"La Casita de la Abuelita" and "La Casita del Abuelito" are one-bedroom single-storey bungalows. Both face the beach and offer views of the beach and ocean. All indoor rooms have ceiling fans. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature kingsize beds.

"La Casa de Luis" is a three-bedroom two-storey bungalow, also facing the beach and with a panoramic view of the beach and ocean from the top floor as well as partial views from the ground floor. The top floor has a terrace, bathroom and two bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed and the other with a twin bed and a single bed. The ground floor has a porch, bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining area, and bedroom with kingsize bed. The bedrooms have air conditioning and all indoor rooms have ceiling fans.

All bungalows have a television, DVD player, CD player, small safe for valuables, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

El Manantial is surrounded by coconut palm trees, fruit trees, and natural vegetation. There is a pool and sunbathing area with lounge chairs as well as a common entertainment area with a wet bar and lounge, perfect for entertaining guests and celebrating festive occasions with family and friends.
