Their numbers were Playa Larga taxis 0005 and 0006. Don't know how to contact the people you suggest to report it.

PROFECO has a website where you can file a complaint with all the pertinent details.

You can also leave a message for the local Director of Turismo at the Ayuntamiento. He should be made aware of this. Ayuntamiento de Zihuatanejo --> (755) 554-4455
