The Krystal does have towel service by the pool. I think that even at the busiest times at Christmas and New Years we've only missed out on towels once or twice. Even then it was just a delay, not the absence of towels for the day.

It's almost 15 years since we stayed at the Posada Real (it was actually the Castel Palmar at the time). They didn't have towel service then, but that's a long time ago.

If you stay at the Posada Eden, I suggest you insist on a room at the northeast end, away from the noise of Carlos and Charlies and the Coco Club. (I think that was the name of the Posada Eden club.)

If you stay at the Krystal watch out for rooms that end with 25 to 27 (e.g., 325, 326, 327) as they pick up noise from Christine's club. Also avoid rooms on the first few floors (2-4) that end in numbers around 12-16 as they pick up noise from the lobby bar.
