YVR->ZIH Fares

Also…. On the cheap comment, we could have flown to Cancun for 1/2 the price of the airfare from Vancouver Canada to Zihua but we chose to come here.

I share your pain. I look at the YVR->CUN airfares and the YVR->PVR airfares. Then I feel a bit ill as I book my flights to ZIH.

A friend comes each year and gets what is now a great price. He gets the first Air Canada flight of the season (around November 1) with a return to YVR 4-6 weeks later for under C$1,000. I have paid that for a one-way fare.

As an aside, that friend bought points at an all-inclusive in Cancun. The first time he came to Troncones, maybe 2011 or 2012, he did not like it at all. He returned to Troncones in 2022 and loved it. He was back in 2023 and is ready to book his flights for 2024.
