Yea, I'm getting up in years, already got mild cancer (or slow working they say) so may as well go for broke . After years and years I've found that the 15 will keep me from being up all night tying myself and my sheet in knots with notable pain. And I know if you are like me, you get sick of these stories but Dad didn't know what sun cream was and drove a tractor without a shirt until he died at 96 and even then he tripped and fell to crack his head on concrete is why we lost him. I just use 15 because I'm sort of an insomniac anyway and not wanting to be in agonizing pain all night. Now there you have another example why it's fruitless to post to social media, you go to all the trouble and make the time and effort to write up an analogy and some ass comes back with a comment like mine of "been there, done that".
