Between the meet-n-greet screwup at the Catalina running its guests off the beach and blocking the pier entrance, that's already 2 strikes against the public image of the GuitarFest

Let's think about "the Catalina running its guests off the beach" for a moment. How many guests are complaining they're being run off the beach? As far as I can tell, one guest posted that he's being forced, FORCED! to spend 3 hours (11-2) away from the Catalina lounge chairs over the course of a 17 day vacation. I mean, they are AWESOME lounge chairs and everything, but geez.

The idea that a foreigner cannot bear to be even slightly inconvenienced by virtue of the money he's spending seems pretty "elitist" to me.

Now now. Just because you don't know of anyone else inconvenienced by not having access to their hotel's beach doesn't mean no one else feels the same way. As someone who's lived most of my life in tourist resorts, I know a complaint worth paying attention to when I see it. So please don't put this on Tim.
