Paid Predial, property taxes

First time we went in to pay our predial, in 2017, it was crowded, and they were asking for people with INAPAM cards. We held ours up, were escorted to an inside room, given chairs and water. They took our cards and all of our paperwork. They returned in about 10 minutes, again smiling and helpful and said that it was all taken care of, and the discount would always be in place. This year they asked for both of our cards, did something, smiled and it was done.

Maybe it was the magic year??
