Keeping Z Peace?

Great "fringe benefit" of the Carnaval, for those of us who are NOT fans of those annoying "boombox" cars, that contaminate not only the Calle J.N. Alvarez area with irritating noise pollution, as well as, just about all the other streets in Z, unfortunately.

Maybe they should keep the Carnaval going longer then?? Lol!

BTW, when we get a good heavy rain, we also enjoy that same "fringe benefit", of no "boombox" cars, (or, at least, a lot less.)
