Current sewage discharge

For the first time in 23 years my wife wouldn't go in the water at La Ropa today. There was so much garbage plus mainly an oily green viscous substance that appeared as bubbles and gave a green hue to the water....yeah, not too scientific, but that's what it looked like. I myself went in hoping it was just algae. Take care everyone.
