BOA/Santander ATM Fee Exemption-No Mas

Bummer on the no fee (except for Santanders) ATM withdrawals from B of A.

The BOA/Santander Global Alliance ATM fee exemption is no more. As of November 2013, BOA charges a 3% foreign currency transaction fee if you are a BOA customer using a Santander machine. It will be on your bank statement. :-(
