Road to la Ropa

Great idea to support these businesses. However, Calle Adelita was completely closed to traffic for what seemed like forever. At least there has to be one open lane for traffic on the La Ropa road. Actually, the delay is only anywhere from 2-10 minutes, so it sure could be a lot worse.
