Maurice or Mauricio? & TripAdvisor Cont'd

(TripAdvisor even requested that I provide Salvador's website address!! I told them they were living on another planet.)
That was about 10 days ago. But, according to TripAdvisor, Salvador's is still CLOSED.

P.S. I've always called him "Mauricio". Isn't that his name?

On second thought it might well be Mauricio, There's probably a gap between what I heard and what I remember.
I just went back for breakfast. Hot cakes, huevos divorciados and coffee. Full marks. I also bought several bags of unmarked plastic bagged coffee that he described as being from Attoyan or something vaguely similar. No idea it's like. I guess we'll find out soon enough.

They have a framed commendation from Trip Advisor (2013) very prominently posted, so it obviously is significant to them like a recognition from the Better Business Bureau. 2013 was when the street there was all torn up. He along with only another relative handful of restaurateurs survived that ordeal, which included a big downturn in turismo numbers. Judging by the general traffic in the area and numbers of bums in seats these past 2 weeks, it looks like numbers are going back up and maybe it's starting to turn around.
