Lago Zirahuen. Seven thousand feet in altitude. Many pine trees. Very common to have 90 grados and 70% humidity in tierra caliente and find 73 grados y 40% humidity there. Need blankets at night!
Michoacan is the prettiest state in Mexico and Guerrero and Chiapas are not far behind.
Diana Kennedy used to have a chef's training center at Zirahuen, I believe.
