I find it amazing that there were actual cops on the beat at that time of day. It seems to me that during the day I see quite a few groups of 4 or 6 cops riding around in trucks but once the sun goes down you will very seldom see any police at all. A plus for their appearance is they aren't all caring rifles now. But I would like to see more of their presents during the evenings and at 4 to 5AM when the loud bars are closing
