meanwhile the people in the hillside colonias of Zihua continue to burn plastic trash every morning even when Capaz will pick it up from their door step and they continue to have untold numbers of unneutered dogs. It is still the 1950s ecology wise in much of Zihua and even some of the younger people I have employed think nothing of burning plastic , you light a match and it disappears!
