Contact Tracing

Does anyone know anything about a Contact Tracing requirement?
I am flying from Bogota (not the one in New Jersey) to Florida tomorrow and just received this alert from Jet Blue. Sounds so 1984. And so 2020. I flew in from
Asia in August and never got an alert like this. (I am tempted to make up a tale about tea in the Sahara with Sting and Maurice Chevalier and a capybara-hunting bivouac with Bear Grylls.)

Hi,

THE U.S. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT REQUIRES ALL CUSTOMERS TO PROVIDE CONTACT TRACING INFORMATION.

Effective May 11th, 2023 at 11:59pm, the U.S. government lifted the requirement to complete an attestation form and present proof of vaccination, however, all Customers (including U.S. passport holders) entering or returning to the U.S. must provide contact-tracing information as it continues to be required by the CDC.

Contact tracing information will be collected upon arrival at the airport – ask one of our Crewmembers. For visitors, the information provided must be the destination address – the address where you will be staying in the U.S. during your visit. For anyone that lives in the U.S., it will be your home address...

Our routing to Zihua next month, from Canada, is Kelowna, BC to Seattle, then overnight in Los Angeles, before going on to Zihua.
I read something on Alaska's website about "contact tracing". I assume that means we'll have to provide, somewhere along the way, either the address of the hotel in LA, or of our final destination in Zihua.
Our return flight is the reverse routing, but we're staying overnight in both LA and in Seattle. Who knows which address they'll want.
