Contact Tracing

I am in the Bogota airport and had to do the Contact Tracing form
just to get my boarding pass.
Asked where I will be travelling to and an emergency phone number and name.
Not gonna try to figure out what their motives are or what this has
to do with public health.
As Norman Mailer once wrote, "Stupidity is for nothing, not even itself."
