Playa Municipal walk way

I was there after dark so didn't see all that. Sorry to hear it cause so much other bad effects.

Just this morning several beachgoers and I were trying to rescue baby turtles that had hatched and spent the night disoriented on the beach because of the bright lights, only to be devoured by pelicans when the sun came up because they were too weak to walk or swim.
