What law precisely is being enforced when ICE separates children who are U.S. citizens from their parents or separates a family that have lived and worked in the USA for over 3 decades? Being undocumented isn't a crime. Seeking asylum isn't a crime. Using the CBP One app that regulated court hearings for asylum seekers isn't a crime.
