It would not have spread to Mexico if the people there were adequately vaccinated. While the US needs to do better with vaccinations, so does Mexico

Doctor Medico, should those of us of a certain age get a measles booster? I read that some of the vaccines before 1968 did not always produce lifelong immunity? (Dr. Internet is a notoriously unreliable source.)
