Major ECOCIDE. Because all pier entrances must have a lookout hill, right? I've lived in a lot of coastal towns and visited countless others, and I've never seen any with a lookout hill at the entrance to any pier. People are being told it's necessary because Zihuatanejo must grow, and this will attract more tourists. Some people actually believe this kind of simpleton BS. A stairway to the top of the building they unnecessarily tore down would've offered the same view. I've never seen such a totally unnecessary public project as this. This one is the top of the list for a useless and stupid waste of public resources to pad the pockets of greedy politicians.
