Oh about 6 pm I suppose. One really neat way to approach it is walking through to it along the seawall. I remember how surreal it was as first i could hear but not see it, then as dark was falling coming across this huge happening of activity. Dancers and singers and food booths. All local folks entertaining themselves and each other. Always a very good feeling...
