With budget cuts I personally have taken responsibility to keep two trails (3 & 5 miles) clear of the terribly invasive Blackberry bushes each Spring along Lewiston Lake in California's Trinity Alps.
Sp perhaps a couple of retired Alaskans could pay back their adoptive home by maintaining this short trail? SMILE!

So happy that you pat yourself on the back for doing what you do. I will not be maintaining the walkway and you have no idea what I do to pay back. Actually I feel I do more than just "pay back" as you put it.
