Lots of water in the house, the canal is a raging torrent and the road on the other side is also full. Looks like I get to swim to my dental appointment, rather than walk there...

What a coincidence! I cancelled my dental appointment. I don't want to risk driving the flooded roads full of sharp rocks and missing manhole covers right now.
