Wooden hand painted plates & bowls

If it's the guy I'm thinking of, he is in the first booth of the artisan market going away from the water. The guy I'm thinking of is short and round. He wasn't there last year and his son said that he was currently splitting his time between Zihuatanejo and (I think) Guadalajara. There ws still a lot of his work there, I have no idea how you would contact him though.
