Playa Laud ?

Saw a billboard yesterday on the way to Ixtapa and Playa Quieta advertising (I think) lots for sale on Playa Laud.
We've never heard of Playa Laud. Where is it?

You don't remember all the problems around 4 years ago and all the discussion here on the Message Board when they blazed a road through the mangroves and blocked the natural flow of water into and from Laguna de Potosí causing both droughts and flooding? I believe the first comment on the subject was this one:

Let me refresh your memory with just one of the more informative of the many discussions (including some with photos) from back then:

I hope no one will buy anything there. They shouldn't be rewarded for bad behavior.
