Actually, Wikipedia says this in it's dengue article -
"Paracetamol (acetaminophen) is used for fever and discomfort while NSAIDs such as ibuprofen and aspirin are avoided as they might aggravate the risk of bleeding"
The reference in the Wikipedia article on chikungunya is confusing and contains an error. Paracetamol (acetaminophen) is not usually considered an NSAID.

Yes, confusing for sure, because naproxen is an NSAID. As noted, chikungunya is a "new" disease.
