No Covid-19 report today. The report I posted yesterday was the same as the one the state put out today.
There've been a lot of temblorcitos in the region recently. Stay alert.
Not a peep from the government or the media regarding the apparent red tide that several readers and friends have reported seeing in Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo as well as along other parts of the coast.
If you have any banking to do I highly recommend getting it done this Thursday, because Friday is going to be a madhouse and Monday the banks will be closed. Crowds are expected to begin showing up this Friday for the long weekend.
Lupita's Boutique has "evolved" and is now known as Boutique Sunset. Our daughter Valeria and her partner David are now in charge and have made some nice changes, selling mostly beach clothing and handmade hats as well as accessories, handbags and handmade jewelry. Valeria designed some of the clothing, and much of the jewelry they sell is also handmade by her and David and his family. Lupita and I are extremely proud and happy for them, and we wish them much success.
