FWIW I was there today and there were lots of guests on the beach lounge chairs who were not ticket holders, and there was room for more. They even got a free concert. I suspect this was a misunderstanding or a poorly written communication about the small part of the beach bar that was being used for the event. And maybe a poor response by the hotel when the guest asked about it. Hardly a reflection on guitarfest as an event or organization.
