WHAT?! Lime Peanut travesty!

Very sorry to hear about the lime peanut travesty. Two years ago, we were asking Juan, the bartender (at that time) about the peanuts. He told us to come back the next night and he would "Hook us up". When we arrived he had two 1 lb. bags of the singularly delicious Cacajuates Limon (sp?). He only charged us 150P. for each bag...he felt it was a bargain as he had to take the time to go to the special place where they were made and pick up our special order. We agreed. Last year, there was no Juan at the Sunset, but there were still the delicious thirst enhancing peanuts....Take heart...we found them at the Commercial Mexicana and they were substantially less than 150P per bag...ha.ha. We have not been able to find them in The US, though we have found some knock-offs that were not near as delish. The bar is missing out by neglecting these little gems. When we visit in late March, I may have to stop at the CM and buy several bags and sneak them in my pockets to the Sunset to complete the surreal experience. Thanks for the heads up, lady.
