We sat down at 645 pm and left at 8ish. So sad they'd butcher something so rare and so beautiful. I have some difficulties comprehending some of the things that happen here from time to time. I'd say gett here by 630 because the restaurant always fills up. Bring some small peso notes to tip the various musicians that walk by and play for you. It's a magical experience!
