Living in Zihua in the rainy season
No two rainy seasons are the same. If you've never lived anywhere with a tropical hurricane season it's just one of those things you have to experience. Last year we were almost wiped out by Manuel. Then a month later came Raymond and stared us down for 3 days before blowing away. Things could've been much worse. But having lived in the tropics most of my life I love the rainy season, even if it does get the adrenaline rushing from time to time. An old Florida proverb goes: Ain't no reason with the hurricane season!
