new construction next to Il Mare

That new construction just south of Il Mare restaurant has been ongoing all summer. They are at six stories and counting. Has a pretty narrow footprint, and there is an obvious elevator shaft. One of the waiters at Il Mare told us it is going to be condominiums, and is supposed to be completed by Dec. 15. Talk about beachfront -- seems like the lower floors might have waves coming in their windows!
