Andrés Saavedra has done some fine work in the area. He has a readily identifiable style, which is evident in some of the current projects on the company website here: Casa Sandbar The images on this link appear to be how the place is envisioned, since the pics in the OP show the work being in a much rougher stage. You can look at other project on the site, too.
