THE STATE OF GARBAGE AROUND THE AREA

Well I hope this will be post that makes it to the papers. Driving around lately, I have noticed that Garbage is being strewn all over, much more then in past years. What is happening that this is being allowed? We went out to El Tiburon today and driving out that way and coming back through the back road to Zihutanejo, all we saw was LOTS of garbage totally littering the highways and local neighborhoods. It's disgraceful that this beautiful place has this problem. Can't something be done to make people aware? Where is the government? Why aren't they helping to restore this beautiful area?
