Patzcuaro or Morelia Hotel recommendations please

Oh yes Linda, we've loved Mansion Iturbe in Patzcuaro as well. I liked it much more about 15 years ago when it was $30 and came with a welcome drink and Mayan breakfast. Different price point these days and quite nice. Some rooms look over a very nice courtyard while others look out on the square (I would opt to look out on the square). I recall seeing live music there once to which was a blast.
