Patzcuaro or Morelia Hotel recommendations please

I wrote Casa Encantada and they did not write back, maybe the thought of 3 kids did not make them happy. We used to stay at the Hotel Escudo on the main square but that was a long time ago before kids. Does anyone know where they do the Danza de los Viejos? is that out at Don Vasco? is the Restaurant Viejo Gaucho still there?
