16 hrs. That is a long drive.

If travelling by night I might as well suggest Zihuatanejo-Morelia(4hrs aprox) and transfer Morelia-Pto Vallarta(7:30 hrs) Primera Plus bus departs at 8PM from Morelia and tickets can be bought in advance in there webpage primeraplus.com.mx
