La Ropa Changes

The "banning" and take down of the blue umbrellas has happened at least twice before during the past 11 years. They always seem to re-appear.
Regarding the trash cans- several of us financed those about 6 years- at the request of the Colony's directors at one of what then, were fairly regular meetings for the colonia. They were to be placed all along La Ropa. When only a few appeared and we asked where were the others, we were told the restaurant owners didn't want trash cans near their restaurants. Wonder who has the rest of our money donations?
Isn't the cooler ban just about styrofoam coolers?
