Why am I leery of visiting Z?

I suggest as a first step you send an email/letter to the following:

LOCAL MEDIA - they will react fast and spread the news

POLICIA FEDERAL / OTHER LAW ENFORCEMENT - so they check what is going on

US / CANADA / OTHER COUNTRIES EMBASSIES - maybe somebody will ask questions to people above

SECTUR - Department of Tourism

FONATUR - Fondo Nacional para el Turismo - they are in the Tourism business

PROFECO - this is really for consumer problems but sometimes they are the fastest ones to react

If you guys know any helpful authorities in Zihua...
maybe the fastest and quieter or the options.

It is better for everyone to stop this as soon as possible...
