Thanks Fran, but I don't think Intrawest is in any way involved nor responsible for what happens when their guests leave their property. They were picked up outside the gate on the public street. This was arranged so the car would not have to go "into" the property since there isn't a lot of turn around room in there.

Thanks to everyone for suggestions. I will be sending my letter to everyone on Rob's list.
