Actually I was referring to the info centre next to the public Pier, across the plaza from the Naval Station!

I believe that building ceased functioning as an "Information Center" quite a few years ago. It's currently housing some of the temporary offices of our city hall while the teachers unions have our city hall closed down in protest.
